Free! Fun finger food (courtesy of Pica’s and the Q) and beverages provided. Ever experienced “church,” high-risk music or the Christine Chapel at the Stagecoach Bar? Enjoy an evening of stories told live by the Stagecoach Band and Sunday night “Coach” regulars, who have been playing, dancing and toe-tapping at this colorful saloon in Wilson for 42 years. There are few places that can boast such a long tradition of music and dance.
“We’re encouraging community members who have their own favorite Coach memories, to bring Coach memorabilia and stories to share,” said filmmaker Jen Tennican. Storytellers include current and former band members (Bill Briggs, Derrik Hufsmith, Christine Langdon and John Sidle) and Sunday night regulars (Bill Nash and Stacey Breidenstein). Tennican will moderate the event.
