Add Latin flavor to your day with Manny Sanchez’s Zumba class. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music-dance themes that create an exciting and effective fitness system. It maximizes caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. So come and sweat like you never have!

Class is held at Dance’s Workshop on Glenwood St.
$12/person per class OR $40/person for a 4 class package.
