Add Latin flavor to your night with Manny Sanchez’s Zumba class. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music-dance themes that create an exciting and effective fitness system. It maximizes caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. So come and sweat like you never have!

Class is held at Dancer’s Workshop on Glenwood St.
